This 8–10 unit residential property is undergoing a full-scale transformation in a neighborhood where high-quality housing is urgently needed. The project includes structural repairs, new HVAC, upgraded electric and plumbing, and modern interiors.
We are also planning onsite community workshops in partnership with local nonprofits, focused on tenant education and financial literacy. Once completed, the units will be leased to families earning 80% or below the local median income, ensuring long-term affordability.
